I think my excitement is visible in the letters I am typing. I learnt that the arousal I feel when I exercise does not make me a creep or weird, so excuse me for beaming. Additionally, I feel blessed because our orgasms are one deadlift away. That is so cool unless you are loud. Yikes!
Side note: Men get coregasms. However, it is said to be very rare compared to women.

What are coregasms?
Coregasms are exercise-induced orgasms. It is also known as exercise-induced sexual pleasure. It is important to note that these happen separately from sexual thoughts. *side-eye to the gym activists*
What causes one to have a coregasm?
An intense core workout causes a coregasm because you are engaging your abs and pelvic floor muscles. Some theories state that the fatigue in your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles produces inner stimulation that causes coregasm. The bottom line is that they happen!
Which exercises should one try out if they want to experience a coregasm?
Sit-ups/Crunches: These work your abs and back whilst building your pelvic floor strength. In case you had no idea, the strength of your pelvic floor is crucial to the quality and frequency of your orgasm, even in the bedroom.
Weight Lifting: Deadlifts are that girl. They work your hamstrings, lower back and abs. The heavier and more intense the workout is, the higher the chances of your legs shaking you into an orgasm.
Cycling: You know how history says women were not allowed to ride bicycles because they believed it to take away their purity? (my theory says they just feared women would orgasm & get addicted) They may have been onto something because this exercise is on the orgasm list. As it works your glutes and thighs, the friction between the seat and your clitoris may give you a happy ending.
To top it all off, I would recommend doing an upward-facing dog pose because that gets your clit excited! Having your core squeezed and your legs together, your chances of reaching an orgasm are much higher. Merging cardio + intense ab workout + this stretch, girl!!! Trust me, it's good!
How intense do the coregasms get?
The one time I had a coregasm, it wasn’t as intense, but it left me feeling good and more energised! Compared to a proper orgasm, coregasms can leave you wanting more.
A fitness tip we should all live by?
Do not play around with those planks, those babies work! (and they hurt) And always stretch after a workout. You might get your first coregasm.
