I both thrive and lose my shit in mess. It's weird. I've resorted to owning less stuff (clothes, knick-knacks, accessories, etc) because less stuff means less opportunity for mess. When I'm back in my own space and can afford it, I can't wait to hire someone to come and keep that mess at bay ever so often.
